- Book your start-up sessionStraight after payment you can book a time with Donna: at her office, by phone or by video.
- Hand it overSend receipts and software access. Donna does the rest.
- Prices are ex GST unless shown. Transaction limits are per month across all accounts; a business that goes over its limit two months in a quarter moves up a size.
- Pay online by card through Stripe. After paying you can book your start-up session with Donna. Monthly plans are paid by card at the start of each month. The launch price applies to your first month when you sign up by 28 October 2026; after that the normal monthly price applies.
- Paying 12 months up front is always 20% off the monthly price, locked for those 12 months.
- FOLLOWME10: follow Donna Hohaia on Facebook and Instagram. 10% off one once-off job (BAS special or a clean-up, or a quoted extra: extra hours, extra payroll staff, software setup or move, taxable payments report). One use per business. Not on monthly plans or 12 months up front.
- The BAS special is a one-off: getting July–September 2026 ready and lodging that one BAS. Books that are behind need a clean-up first.
- Clean-up prices are starting prices: if your books need more, Donna confirms the extra with you before doing any more work. All offers expire 28 October 2026.
